Francis, the poorest neighbourhoods are in Quibdo (Departamento Choco, 99 % dark population) in Colombia. Or if you include streets with onky drug addict people, then the "Bronx" in Medellin and Bogota. Better visit the nice parts of the country like Tatacoa Dessert, Mompox, San Agustin, Salento, Valle de Cocora, Leticia ....
